Ingredients need to make the St Patrick’s Day Oreo Truffles
- 36 OREO cookies
- 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz white chocolate, chopped
- St Patrick’s Day sprinkle mix
How to make these St Paddy’s Oreo Truffles
Now that you have all the ingredients, you are ready to make these Oreo Truffles
- Add cookies to a food processor, or if you prefer you can use a plastic ziploc bag to crush the oreo cookies into crumbs.
- In a glass bowl mix the cookie crumbs and cream cheese together until they are completely mixed.
- Use a tablespoon to measure the cookie mixture to form 1 inch balls, then set on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Put in the refrigerate or freeze for approx 20 minutes.
- Add the white chopped chocolate into a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 second intervals, stirring between each heating session, until the chocolate is completely melted.
- Remove the cookie balls from the refrigerator or freezer, and dip them into the chocolate, coating the entire ball. Set on a parchment lined baking sheet and top with St Patrick’s themed sprinkles.
