Now I am warning you these can be as tall as 9 feet tall so yes they are big but wow, wow, wow they are amazing. Majority of them come as self inflating but that is something you will have to just check before purchasing as you don’t want to be running out of breathe lol…

You plug them in and they inflate within moments and can even light up so they will looking very scary at night. They deflate easily and can be stored away.

The Haunted house look is fantastic but if you are wanting something for inside you can have the Halloween inflatable haunted house archway these will look cool as people walk from room to room you just plug them in and watch them inflate again these could be used outside as they come with yard stakes and ropes so they don’t blow away.

I suppose it depends on how big your house is or whether you want to them inside or out. That is a personal preference. So I suppose the first thing you will want to do is decide where you want all your Halloween decorations then you will work out what size they need to be.

Some of us love making our own decorations so I have here a few DIY Scary Halloween Decorating Ideas that I thought were awesome and really effective even though they are easy to make.

Skull-Headed Spider – Craft your own over sized spider legs out of thick wire (painted or wrapped in black), then mount with a fake human skull. These look amazing and so very easy.

Halloween Jar Body Parts – This one really does creep me out a little and I even know that they are fake but some look so real like these body parts in these jars yes I know not real but boy do they look it. You can buy fake look body parts from the Dollar store and put them in a jar with hair gel and some food coloring and you will scare all your friends

Halloween Jar body parts

Bloody Handprint – If you’re up against a Halloween decorating deadline, red poster paint will be your new best friend. Slap some red “bloody” hand prints onto the window, done and done.
Bloody Candles – For a straightforward, scary piece of Halloween decor, listen up: merely take a red candle and melt it over top of a white one so the red wax runs down like blood. I’m all for effective simplicity.
Finger Ringing Doorbell – Severed body parts are, for some, a must-have at this time of year. This particular vignette makes me cringe and laugh at the same time. Which counts for something, no?
This i think is my favorite:
Skewed Décor – This is less a specific scary decoration than an overall decorating technique to make things scarier at Halloween. Focus on the imperfect, the slanted, the mutant, the deformed. Hang photos skewed, stack books un-neatly, and keep things overall asymmetrical.

DIY Spider Halloween decorations:

Love this DIY Spider Halloween Decoration here as it is very real like and the web just adds the finishing touches to it.

Giant Spiders:

Spiders fit right into a spooky Halloween theme. You can transform a few black trash bags into a giant spider that fits on your front porch, or up in a tree. You can also make multiple giant spiders and cluster them across the front and sides of your home.
Directions
1. You need nine black trash bags and stuffing such as newspaper, left over packing materials, or even leaves.
2. Fill one trash bag with stuffing and tie it closed to create the spider’s body.
3. Hold the second trash bag on its side and fill the length with stuffing.
4. Wrap the empty bag around the stuffing several times, so that it looks like a spider’s arm, and secure it with a tie. Repeat this for the other seven legs.
5. Use a glue gun to secure the legs to the body.
Pro Tip: You can cut off the bottom of Styrofoam cups and glue them onto the body to make eyes.

Specimen Jars

With a few leftover glass jars, you can convert a table into a scientist’s lab. By tossing just about anything you can imagine into a glass jar with some food coloring, you can quickly create a cheap Halloween decor piece. Look online for craft ideas for fingers, eyeballs, and other body parts to fill your specimen jars. Make the jars and the rest of your decor seem even creepier by using mood lighting. Turn off overhead lights or switch them out with colored light bulbs, to increase the creepiness factor in your home.
Directions
1. Collect a few glass jars in different sizes, such as mason jars, spaghetti jars, or old baby food containers.
2. Find an object to place in each jar. For example, I popped the head off an old doll and stuck it inside a mason jar.
3. Wash and dry the jar. Place the object inside.
4. Fill the jar with water and drop in two drops of food coloring. The food coloring will make the object look like a specimen at a lab.
Pro Tip: Around the Halloween season, hobby stores sell small, plastic party favors. These party favors, including miniature skeletons, eyeballs, and severed limbs, all work well in specimen jars.
